Program Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy Overview
Sidillus understands that circumstances change. This policy outlines the terms for canceling or withdrawing from a training program. Please read this carefully as different cancellation periods have different implications.
Pre-Program Cancellation (Before Start Date)
Within 7 Days of Enrollment
If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of payment, before the program start date:
- Full refund will be issued (see Refund Policy)
- No fees or charges will be applied
- Your account access will be revoked immediately
More Than 7 Days Before Program Start
If you cancel more than 7 days after enrollment but before the program officially starts:
- Non-refundable registration fee: 10% of total program fee will be retained
- Remaining 90% will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
Post-Program Start Cancellation (After Start Date)
Within First 2 Weeks
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the program start date:
- 30% of the program fee will be retained as a cancellation fee
- 70% will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
- You will lose access to all course materials immediately
After 2 Weeks of Program Start
If you cancel more than 2 weeks after the program start date:
- No refund will be issued
- Your access to course materials will remain available until the originally scheduled end date of the program
- You will not receive any refund or credit for subsequent months/phases
- This is considered a withdrawal rather than a cancellation
How to Cancel
Step 1: Send a cancellation request email to sidillus.connect@gmail.com with your full name, enrollment ID, and reason for cancellation.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation details and refund amount (if applicable).
Step 3: Your course access will be revoked within 24 hours of cancellation approval.
Step 4: Refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
Program Completion and Withdrawal
If you wish to pause or take a break from the program instead of canceling, please reach out to our team. We may be able to offer course extension or deferment options without penalty.
Batch Transfer (Alternative to Cancellation)
If you cannot complete the current program batch, you may request to transfer to a future batch:
- Transfer must be requested within 2 weeks of program start
- A one-time batch transfer fee of 5% of the program fee applies
- You can transfer to any upcoming batch within the next 6 months
- No refund is issued for batch transfers
Deferment Policy
If you need to defer your enrollment to a later batch:
- Deferment requests must be made before the program start date
- You can defer to any batch starting within 12 months from your original enrollment date
- A one-time deferment fee of 10% of the program fee applies
- If you exceed the 12-month window, you will need to re-enroll at the current program fee
Cancellation by Sidillus
Sidillus reserves the right to cancel or postpone a program if:
- Minimum enrollment numbers are not met before the program start date
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent program delivery (force majeure events)
- A student violates our code of conduct or terms of service
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another batch at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sidillus.connect@gmail.com
- Verbal cancellation requests are not binding
- The date of email receipt will be considered the cancellation date
- Cancellation fees and refund amounts are non-negotiable
- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
Extenuating Circumstances
If you have extenuating circumstances (serious illness, family emergency, relocation, etc.), please contact us immediately with supporting documentation. We will review your case individually and may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Updates
Sidillus reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately for new enrollments. For existing enrollments, the cancellation policy applicable at the time of enrollment will be honored.
