Payment Options, Methods, and Conditions
Payment Options
Sidillus offers flexible payment options to make our training programs accessible to all students. Choose the option that works best for you:
1. Full Payment (Upfront)
Single Payment Option
- Payment Timing: Full program fee due at the time of enrollment
- Discount: Eligible for 5-10% early bird discount (if applicable)
- Benefit: Immediate course access and preferred enrollment status
- Due Date: Payment must be received before course access is granted
2. Installment Payment Plans
2-Part Payment Plan
- Part 1 (50%): Due at enrollment
- Part 2 (50%): Due 30 days after enrollment
- Benefit: Spread payments for easier cash flow
- Note: Course access begins after Part 1 payment is received
3-Part Payment Plan
- Part 1 (40%): Due at enrollment
- Part 2 (30%): Due 30 days after enrollment
- Part 3 (30%): Due 60 days after enrollment
- Benefit: Most flexible option for managing payments
- Note: Course access begins after Part 1 payment is received
Monthly Payment Plan
- First Month: Due at enrollment
- Subsequent Months: Automatic billing on the same date each month
- Duration: Varies based on program length (typically 3-6 months)
- Processing Fee: 2% additional charge per month for this plan
- Note: Course access begins after first payment is received
3. Corporate/Batch Enrollment
For organizations or groups enrolling multiple students:
- Bulk Discount: Up to 20% discount available for 5+ students
- Custom Payment Terms: Available for corporate clients (Net 15/30/45 options)
- Invoice Payment: We can issue invoices for corporate accounts

Payment Processing
Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your financial information is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI compliance standards.
Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive:
- Immediate payment confirmation on the website
- Email receipt with transaction details within 5 minutes
- Course access credentials within 1 hour of payment
- Invoice for record-keeping and tax purposes
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You will receive an email notification
- You can retry payment immediately
- No charges will be applied for failed attempts
- Contact support if you encounter persistent issues
Late Payment Policy
For Installment Plans
- Grace Period: 5 days from due date
- Late Fee: ₹500 + applicable taxes per installment (after grace period)
- Course Suspension: Course access may be suspended if payment is 15+ days overdue
- Notification: Reminder emails will be sent 3 days before due date and on the due date
Re-enablement
If course access is suspended due to non-payment, it will be re-enabled within 1 hour of receiving the overdue payment and any applicable late fees.
Price and Currency
- Currency: Indian Rupees (INR)
- Taxes: All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
- International Students: Prices in INR; contact us for alternative payment arrangements
- Price Lock: Enrolled students are locked in at their enrollment price for the entire program duration
Special Offers and Discounts
Sidillus occasionally offers discounts and promotional offers:
- Early Bird Discount: 5-10% off for enrollments 30+ days before program start
- Referral Discount: ₹1000 off for each successful referral
- Student Discount: 10% off with valid student ID
- Seasonal Promotions: Special offers during festival seasons
- Loyalty Discount: 15% off for previous program students enrolling in another program
Note: Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
Invoicing and Receipts
- Invoice will be generated automatically after payment is processed
- GST-compliant invoice with 18% tax breakdown
- Invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your account
- You can download your invoice anytime from your account dashboard
- For tax or accounting purposes, you can request an invoice with custom details
Payment Disputes
If you notice any discrepancies or unauthorized charges:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email sidillus.connect@gmail.com with details
- Investigation: We will investigate within 5-7 business days
- Chargeback: If you file a chargeback with your bank, course access may be suspended pending resolution
- Resolution: We will work to resolve disputes promptly
Auto-Renewal and Recurring Charges
Monthly Plans Only: If you enrolled in a monthly payment plan, payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month until the program is completed or you cancel.
- Automatic billing uses the payment method you provided at enrollment
- You will receive a reminder 3 days before each auto-debit
- You can change your payment method anytime from your account settings
- To stop auto-debit, cancel your enrollment at least 5 days before the next due date
No Refund for Advance Payments
For monthly payment plans, advance payments for future months are non-refundable. However:
- If you complete the program early, unused months will be credited as a course extension or discount on future programs
- Upon program cancellation, remaining months are subject to refund policy terms
