At Sidillus, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your training program, we offer a refund policy as detailed below.
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
Step 1: Send a refund request email to sidillus.connect@gmail.com with your enrollment details and reason for refund.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and verify eligibility within 5 business days.
Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
In certain cases, Sidillus may issue a partial refund:
If you have extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis, etc.), please contact us immediately at sidillus.connect@gmail.com with supporting documentation. We will review your case individually and may make exceptions to this policy.

Sidillus provides training and mentorship to equip you with skills; however, employment outcomes depend on market conditions, your effort, and employer decisions.
Instead of requesting a refund, you may request a course extension for the same batch or the next upcoming batch if you are unable to complete the program on time. Contact sidillus.connect@gmail.com to discuss extension options.

Sidillus reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to all enrolled students. The refund policy applicable at the time of enrollment will govern refund requests for that enrollment.
